Very nice! I didn’t even know that you could do something like this to extend the life of your roofing shingles, but it makes total sense. Great warranty and nice of him to throw in the military service discount too. Lord knows you’ve earned it! Semper Fi.

Very fascinating video! How Aaron is walking and balancing on you steep roof is just astonishing! Especially in this gusty wind! Everyhing, from the pre-inspection documentation, the treatment, over the cleaning of the surfaces on ground looks super professional! Great editing and drone footage! I wish you that this treatment does the job and that you have many, mnay years sleeping well knowing your roof is in a great state!

Hi Dave, Thanks for the video of having your roof sprayed. Looks like it should provide the additional years of protection for your roof. Looks like they did a nice job Dave. The mini 4 pro did well in the wind covering the job. After it dries out, does it change the color of the shingles at all ?

Hey big brother.... it's always nice to get maintenance done on our homes. Hopefully this will extend the life of your roof. Looks like they did a good job. The only problem with my tile roof is all the bird droppings. If only it would rain here more than twice a year. Great job with the drone. Loved the Helicopter pad. LOL

Looks good. However, speaking of "we're the government and here to help", they have a habit of watching videos and pursuing violations! Like OSHA. Didn't see much for safety harnesses and such. It may be due to the size of the business. Believe me, I'm not complaining, looks like he did a great job and I wasn't even aware of the option. Good job! Just be careful!

Were you able to get up anywhere on the roof and see if the shingles were any more pliable than before? I've got 25 year IKO shingles and they are already near end of life after just 7 years (granular loss and dried out). I've already had repairs twice for blown off shingles from storms. I'm not particularly worried about, because it'll need replaced after the next big hurricane comes through, but I am a firm believer that no shingle system is 20/25 year (at least here in the South where we have hurricanes, hail storms, constant sun and UV).

Yes, the ones I can reach, are softer and dont look like they would break now. Pretty amazing. Thanks much.
