Other thoughts. I think the reason people are getting so upset over this is because the original guy just sounds like a friend explaining things he cares about. The new guy sounds like a sales guy that doesn’t care about what he’s selling as long as he escapes with a quarterly bonus. Maybe instead of trying to sound like YOU are interesting, try BEING interested in the subject then telling your friend, who is sitting looking at you all about it instead of trying to convince us you are a vibrant guy. That doesn’t wash because thats not why people come here. I think anyway. I think they come because they feel they can trust the brand and the main thing they interact with is the voice. By replacing the thing they trust with something they don’t it makes people feel uneasy, like an agreement between friends was broken. Truth is, I have enough vacuums. I come here for the feeling of trust, the calm sober delivery.

I've had the 11S for years and it works very well for a random nav bot. However, one of the big advantages you missed of the 694 is that it can use/buy the Virtual Wall barrier to block out rooms or locations.

I found the tangles and general maintenance on the eufy vastly greater than the roomba. I also found it cheaper in construction where the small wheel on the underside of eufy's dustbin broke within a month of light usage.

I find it so bizarre that there has been no mention in these videos about the fact that Eufy lied about the privacy of using one of these. Never buy a Eufy product.

There's a lot of "hissing" in the voice recording. It's kinda harsh on the ear. Maybe put a high pass filter to soften it.

100% beyond a shadow of a doubt that this guy does not live, breathe, and eat vacuums. I just get cheesy radio guy vibes, without a care in the world for the subject. This was once possibly the best consumer product channel on KZbin. Is that a thing of the past? I LOVED the former guy. You could tell he dreamed about vacuums!

This new format of video is simple and to the point. As with anything new there are people who will protest to the change. I will agree, the delivery is a bit fast paced compared to the original commentary but I'm enjoying the multiple videos per week. Thanks for the content.

Not sure how this helps… it’s a narrow comparison to other higher performing vacuums. Separately the dual brush patent has expired, it’s no longer a differentiator.

Slightly better than the first but why not try sounding like an actual human being instead of a human being playing an AI voiceover KZbin guy. Honestly I’m blind and very well tuned in on voice meaning, intonation and authenticity. This guy has neither. The proper guy was back on Friday so I’m not going to unsubscribe just yet but its still in the post unless this guy gets better. The other alternative is to just actually use an AI. It honestly wouldn’t be worse because it wouldn’t be trying to inject charisma where it didn’t have any. If the new guy was just himself I think he’d be fine but trying to follow other bad KZbinrs in an exaggerated style just makes an exaggeratedly bad impression of something nobody wants to hear in the first place. If the new guy is reading this. Seriously dude please just relax and stop trying to be a KZbin voice. Thats not how people sound, just try being yourself for a week and see what happens in the comments. LTT is not a model, its a warning. This isn’t what people actually sound like. When voices have charisma its because they have interest in the subject they are discussing not interest in sounding like a voiceover guy. Thats just generic Meh.
