IIRC, the ambulance arrivals only go to hospitalisation at the emergency department (in a sort of A&E way) which you haven't built yet. From there they can then get shunted out to hospitalisation at orthopaedics, Internal Medicine, Cardiology etc. once the initial emergency type care/assessment is completed. I would hang fire on the ambulance until the insurance companies nag you for one. Also a good idea to have the A&E type bit as close as possible to your yellow box drop off area 😀😀

in that department, people who need surgery will have to stay overnight afterwards, like they walk in with a broken wrist, it needs pins drilled in, they stay overnight to be monitored after the anesthetic. so, a surgical suite will bring in people into the wards. You don't want to buy an ambulance until you have overnight hospitalization in Emergency, and (maybe) some money saved up for an ICU. because, those guys will stop breathing and bleed out, and be difficult at the drop of a hat. USG tech is the person who runs the ultrasound machine, if you decide to put one in the department. RE: moving the ambulance arrival. You'll want that near Emergency Hospitalization. The Trauma Center is where they get wheeled into, and a dr starts trying to keep them alive and figure out what's wrong.

According to its description, the ambulance opens up new, more serious cases. So if you feel ready, that might be the thing to do. You might also want to change the overall opening times. Enjoying this series a lot, please keep it up!

Hi Penge, i mentioned this before but i think you took it the wrong way and thought i meant use them, but i was suggesting If you are stuck for room sizes and layouts, take a look at the prefab rooms and they’ll give you a guide on whats needed and the size etc for each room: I’m not suggesting you have to use the prefabs, just meant to give you a sense of the layout etc to get the best out of your departments 👍🏻

For the hospital beds if you turn them 90 degrees and then put wall between them you could get 3 beds alot be back wall then the curtains can be at the front
