Measuring root lengths using ImageJ software.
Method: Arabidopsis seedlings are grown on 1/2MS media for three-seven days, scan plate and measure using image J. If treated with stress, five-day-old seedlings transfer to stress or control and measure after 3 or 5 or 7d.
