Which sound machine do you have?? I have a few and the ones with a timer just have instructions like “press timer button and hold” for “infinite” playing!!

I had to supplement with formula with my first child and I can totally relate to your frustration and emotions. With my second, she just turned one in January and i have exclusively breastfed (she had solids at 6 months along with breastmilk) up until I could add whole milk into her diet. I still breastfeed her at night and she is 14 months. All that ti say is in the beginning i was worried I would not produce enough just like with my first, but something that really helped me was getting on a pumping schedule to promote milk production. Also staying hydrated. I drank tons of water as well as Body Armor drinks which are really good! I also continued taking my prenatals and really paid attention to any foods I noticed boosted my supply and I would eat more of those. Oddly enough seafood always made me produce a lot more milk haha. Don't give up mama, you can do this, but also if you decide to end your breastfeeding journey don't beat yourself up. Roman will still thrive!

Have you tried the football hold while breastfeeding? I found it helped my newborns get a really good latch!

Girl youtuber here that bottle feeds! I felt the SAME way though about other moms on social media. Kristin Johns also has explained her journey was tough and they formula as well. Michelle Burr is another I can think of. Hang in there ! ❤️❤️❤️

Also I started to use hashtags on IG to find some support when I was struggling. Other moms talking about the same thing. It helped !

I chose to bottle feed and I honestly don’t think there’s anything wrong with that! I didn’t even try to breastfeed and that’s okay! To all the moms out there, don’t pressure yourself to breast feed! It’s okay to bottle feed. Your babies will be perfectly fine!!! 💗

Heyy, Chloe usually there should be an option to turn the timer off the sound machine. We have to press the power button each time slot and it eventually turns the timer off, and stays on for my daughter!! I hope this works and helps you! Also Roman is adorable 😍 thank you for your positive feedback and advice I'll start doing this in my daily routine! And yes for night routine ☺️

My breastfeeding journey is soooo similar to yours. I finally threw in the towel at 6 weeks old. I cried daily for a week or so after, feeling so guilty. Thank you so much for the encouragement!!!

He is so cute and sweet, I'm sorry he was having a hard day. I paused the video and said a prayer for y'all. I think your a wonderful mother. And as for the sound machine, my great nephew uses it to fall asleep and that's it. My niece likes the timer so she doesn't have to turn it off. And I guess you could use it when they are a little older to wind down at night and when the music stops playing, it's time to lay down. But I know some people that leave it on all night. Thank you for sharing your day in the life with us. And I hope you have a blessed evening ❤️

Hey girly , have you tried to pump? If not I highly recommend pumping every 3 hours and that will up your milk supply!🥰 I had the same problem in the beginning I wasn’t sure if I was producing enough but when I started exclusively pumping I started to make at least 6 ounces in the left side and about 3 ounces in the right side!! And yes breastfeeding is definitely not easy! I’m currently exclusively breastfeeding now, I dropped the pump at 4 months postpartum

Chloe you are doing a great job, keep in mind the first 6 weeks of breastfeeding are the toughest, establishing your supply and you both getting to understand each other. Breastfeeding is supply and demand the more you breastfeed the more your body will produce and expressing isn't a true indication of what you are actually producing and what baby is getting, babies are milk machines they know how to get milk out of the breast and in their own time, so we might think they have got such little milk cause they nursed for a short period but they actually are able to get a lot out. Ps his fussing at the breast could be a growth spurt or development milestone he is going through, my little one did the same thing, he would scream at the breast, best stand up and nurse him. Try relax and drink tons of water, make some jungle juice for milk supply and eat oats etc....sorry for the long post but you are doing well.

As someone who doesn't really believe in God, I really appreciate how dedicated you are to your way of believing. It's really sweet. You're a great mum/mom and this is overall just a really sweet video. My rabbit is watching this with me, lol. She (my rabbit) also doesn't like waiting for her food, she's really impatient and follows me everywhere when it's her breakfast and dinner time, lol 😂😂😂Lots of love from the UK!

Breastfeeding isn’t worth it …if it takes a piece of the mama’s mental health and well being in order to do it….. FED IS BEST … that will always be my opinion and I hate when people mom shame those that choose to not do it, or it just isn’t working for them……I hate when people think they are superior for breastfeeding….. the only thing that matters is your baby’s belly is full … period

Roman is so cute 🥰 you are doing great momma. If you’re going to keep combo feeding, make sure to use a slow flow nipple to mimic the flow of the Brest but regardless you are amazing. We breastfeed and formula feed as well and going 9 months strong
