I had to go down to 350 from 410. It's a trade off though. At 410 you get pin straight hair but mine was getting broken and damaged. At 350 it's not as straight but my hair stays healthy. What i do is use 350 then immediately roll up the section of hair i just did. You get voluminous sleek bouncy curls. It's like the rollers help the hair set.

I recommend changing the comb you straighten with! I use a rat tail comb and that gives silkier results! Your hair came out beautiful i cant wait to try this curling technique!

I have the same issue with my hair. It gets slick if I use a hot comb or turn the flat iron up high to 450! Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

Ohh I hated the way you applied these rollers this wasn’t a good application at all not enough tension not close to the roots you took out to much hair for the front section no no no you need to watch the white women do it apply some mousse maybe a little spray smaller sections and more tension towards the root when rolling the rollers down 😫
