when i click on it, it says wrong file extension, in order to flash a file to the recovery partition you need to choose a .img or .lok file

somehow I accidentally erased my stock recovery and my stock kernel from flashify after installing CyanogenMod 13 on my samsung galaxy tab pro 8.4 inch actually the same model you have how can I get them back because after installing CyanogenMod I had to go and restore flashify again and when I did they were gone how can I get them back are you able to send me a copy of your stock recovery and kernel or is there a way I can find them

I tried doing this but what should I do if nothing shows up when I click download TWRP for Recovery Image. I also tried to see if something will show up on CWM and Philz but there's still nothing. I really want to update this tablet to CM13 but I'm also worried that I might brick it. I hope you could help. Thank you!

Hi just had a couple questions for you. I rooted my Samsung tab pro 8.4 inch with kingo and Root Checker says that I had successfully rooted the device, but I believe that uses its own kingo su for permission and when I try to install SuperSU it gives me an error message. I was wondering if I can still follow this video using the kingo su instead. Also I was wondering if I had to disable Knox or unlock the bootloader before doing this step?

Can anyone help me? I installed this and tried to install twrp recovery and there's the loading circle and it gets stuck there. I'm running stock on a galaxy tab 3 rooted.

Is the method the same for the Tab S 8.4 (but using the specified TWRP for that) as this? I should mention I already rooted my Tab S 8.4. I have a custom recovery on my other 2 devices but am nervous about this as it has that stupid KNox counter, not that I have a warranty anyway. In that case of no warranty, do I have anything to worry about with the Knox counter? Thanks!

This method use to work for my SM-T320 but now it was an issue downloading the image into my tab, but now is an app on the android market and the app is TWRP I download the image and continue rootjunky steps ... in my opinion he offers the best step I had seen in many years.... This is not working with the UK edition of the SM-T320, as it claims that there are no images for this device (both twrp & Clockwork) :(

Im having the same problem root checker confirms root and flashify did the backup. I ended up going to the team win site and downloading it there then flashify took over think it worked will update

oh - you mean the op forgot to figure out WHAT exactly that little startup message said, upon bootup? ? You mean where the OP says, "oh geee look ........ little red letters .... duah, wonder what that message just meant" . Um yes, of COURSE it tripped KNOX. Congrats - the OP just helped you Void your warranty. Nice work - showing the audience how to piss away their warranty. Oh .... and NO, you can NOT reset KNOX, as it is a non-resetable micro fuse. Once blown, it's blown. Mod the recovery or mod the rom, or the radios, and it's blown for EVER. Revert to stock recovery & rom & yes, it's still blown. Samsung will solder a new board to give you a new KNOX, but you'll pay dearly ... oh yes you will . So thank you, rootjunkey for leaving out a few minor details like that. Enjoy TWRP on your blown e-fuse - no warranty device (rolling eyes).

I need help! When I try to download TWRP from inside flashify, it says "something went wrong, please try again later". I tried going to the team win website to download TWRP (following the link in your cm12 video) and it says " This webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". Please help me. :) here is my info 1. Same as yours, SM-T320. 2. 4.4.2 3. stock ROM, build number KOT49H.T320UEU1AOC1 4. Other than what I already said, I rooted it, following your tutorial exactly. 5. Stock Recovery
