I'am so happy with Roots 9. It fixed a lot of issues that I was having with the long awaited Roots 8 version. I have a renewed interest in the program and I'am excited each day to work on the new features.. I just love the option to have the Roots 9 program write the stories. The tutorial videos by Bruce are excellent.

Used to be whenever I'd find another family member living nearby (from viewing census records) I'd have to make a note akin to "Look! Grandpa Jones is 2 farms over! And the same family that traveled with them from VA is just down the road!" Brilliant research tool. Thank you.

Try fixing RM8 first I would recommend.. If the past version has anything to go by, expect 2 years of bug fixes.

I think this is the most advanced "made in the USA" program now. They continually work on updating and so glad they listened and added more color groups, so I can visualize more subjects within my tree.
