RopeFlow Underhand Sneak Tutorial, Finally fix your Underhand Sneak!

Oh sneak is a rewind of Uh sneak, if you have learned only one so far, you can use it to unlock the other one 😉
During a sneak, the hands cross the midline of the body, with your arm extended you can’t cross to the other side behind the back, your movement will look stiff and will have less power. It will be more like an underhand roll with a wrist flick. I think this happens when you focus too much on your wrist 🧠
Relax and let the arm behind the back bend to load and then extend to release
Don’t over cue it and don’t over act it, the rotations are happening when you move 😉
Probably you just need more vertical intention, use the ground to bounce from it 💪🏽
