Health is a skill. If you aren't available that is part of your value. Tiago was probably the best midfielder Liverpool had under Klopp but he was never available... Hence he was never in the conversation. Meanwhile, lunch pail water carrying Henderson showed up for every game. What player was better? The unavailable Tiago or Hendu? Who could the manager trust? Reece may be the bloody Cafu, but if a manager can't trust that he'll be available, then they'll play bloody Dan Burn at full back!

Reece James is outdated. He can’t invert and play like a Spanish central midfielder. He is not silky/tekky/possession loving enough, and he can’t read the game and dictate the tempo like a midfield maestro. And he can’t do skill moves like a Brazilian winger when he is not inverted.
