Not really. Rory is very intelligent and knows what he is talking about. But the office of prime minister has an important role to be in control of parliament and govt. Rory isn't quite strong enough as a figure to do that unfortunately.

Well clearly events proved him wrong. Brexit was a stunning success, Jonson was a marvellous leader with enormous integrity and the security situation in Eastern Europe was fine.
