This version is honestly my favourite song ever. The lyrics are about loving someone for who they are and their goals -instead of their physique-, the orchestra arrangements are so precise but floey, the happy and chill vibe everyone has and obviously Henning's voice, it's just so fkn beautiful it makes me tear up everytime TT I got the joy of listen to this gem live in concert and I legit spend at least 1 full hour ugly crying hahaha

Hi Rosalie, they prefer NOT to use computers. Reverb is produced by singing in empty houses. A great song in English is "Roxann" by Police. I hope also that you come back to Angelina Jordan. she had 2 great concerts in Las Vegas. And introduced her new song "PRINCESS OF RUINES" about the shoeless girl in Teheran. They did an amazing Cover of "Roxanne". In my opinion one of the best Cover Versions I have ever heard. You can also have a Look on Asche zu Asche from Swiss und die Anderen. Very emotional and sad Song, nur beautiful music. And all fits together. Check it out, please.

Rosalie, I don't know how you feel about hardcore music, but there are some pretty interesting party-core bands out of Germany that I think would be fun to react to. Electric Callboy is a mix of singing and screaming, and is in English. We Butter The Bread With Butter (WTBWB) is a duo that is bit heavy but still in that party-core style, in German only. Both don't take themselves seriously so they are heavy/electronic/comedic which is a breath of fresh air. WBTBWB - 20 km/h or Electric Callboy - We Got the Moves (has some sexual themes). You do great work!

Music is nice, voice unique. A little bit more story in the lyrics. There was potential for that, like where to go, or what has happened, or maybe what did she/he say, what was the answer, or more doubts, or more inner dialog or something.

I would disagree with you on this one. And you've mentioned the crucial keyword: “potential”. This song is all about potentiality, about what potentially could happen, not about what actually will happen. As you have rightly noticed, the song's lyrics are brimful of potential: “I don''t know exactly why”, “let's go out”, “she's always at the start”, “she has such big goals”, “she has to get up early” - all these are ciphers of future oriented potentiality: “to go out”, “to get up”, “to be at the start”, “to have big goals” - all this indicates the beginning of something new, of a future-directed movement, but it doesn't tell us exactly what actually happens, when they go out, whereto she starts, what specific goals she has, why she has to get up early etc. Everything is possible, everything is open and stays potential rather then actual. If the song would tell us what actually happens next, it would narrow down or even destroy this atmosphere of absolute potentiality which is the central point of the song. So, in this case, less is more; the song is even MORE rather then less poignant for NOT telling us, what has happened, or what she/he did say, what was the answer, etc. There is potential for everything.
