Thank you so much. I was so excited when I found you on KZbin. I live in Orlando too. Didn't think I could have the cottage garden here. You have been so helpful for me. Love your garden and all your advise. Telling all my friends who love to garden about you❤

How neat! Yes, we can have that cottage garden look especially in spring. We just need to remember to get our bulbs/corms ready in October. Thank you so much for sharing my channel with your friends, so sweet! 🥰

Thank you so much for listing out your routine/schedule below as I have a hard time hearing everything being said and don’t want to miss anything lol! I have a dream to one day be able to maintain a few roses. I’ve only been able to keep landscape roses alive so far. Everything else I bring home, no matter how healthy seems to die within a month. I’m worried that the nematode and spider mite population in my yarn is just too overwhelming for anything pretty. Even the lantana struggles with the mites. It’s so depressing but I’ve managed to get a few things to grow but it’s because I’ve COMPLETELY removed the native soil and backfilled with store bought compost and peat. In my last house I did a native garden but my gosh, even those plants struggled. Florida panhandle is a tough cookie for any hopeful gardener.

Our soil is so sandy so amending is always extremely beneficial. I use lots of cow manure and mushroom compost. Lots of luck to you! 💐🌹

Thanks for sharing! I just learned now why so many of my rose buds look brown, kind of dry or dying, and just plain unhealthy. Thanks to u I know it’s thrips!

Great tips to fertilization! You'll have to let me know if that corn meal is working for the black spot.

So far it seems to have delayed it a bit. We’ll see how they do the next couple months. 🤞🏼
