I am growing Iceberg in my home garden since last year and I absolutely love this rose, just picked a few roses for my kitchen table🌷🌷🌷

Roses are my absolute favorite and I’ve been growing roses for 15 years, been managing garden centers in central CA for 7+years I’m in charge of all the rose ordering where I work & believe me people here want the works! They want easy, hardy, long blooming, fragrant disease resistant roses and that’s a tall order to fill - fortunately through out all of my years of gardening experience I can safely recommend 10 that fit the bill - 1st Julia Child, 2nd Violets Pride, 3rd Olivia Rose Austin, 4th Pretty Lady Rose, 5th Sunbelt South Africa, 6th Earth Angel, 7th Perfume Factory, 8th Walking on Sunshine, 9th Eustacia Vye and 10th Forever Yours. Hope this helps someone out there! Honorable mentions Sespe Sunrise, Maui Sunrise, Dark Desire, Madame Anisette and Like No Other 🌹 👍

Iceberg, I couldn't agree more. I purchased 8 roses last year ( that consisted of climbers, grandifloras, knockouts, even the beautiful Julia Childs 😢 and the only ones to survive were iceberg and the knockout. They were Kordes and Heirloom.

Is there any rose resistant to rose rosette? that virus is widespread in my town and killing many roses!!! it is so frustrating!

Unfortunately, there is no way to completely protect your roses from the mite that causes RRD. However, there is good information on this website about what to look for, prevention, and treatment. roserosette.org/
