What is caster sugar

Curtis Francisco it's finely grinded sugar...often the sugar that has very fine grains (crystals)

Curtis Francisco Granulated sugar and caster sugar is different, caster is what is known in the US as 'super fine sugar' and is finer than granulated but not as fine as powdered sugar (or icing sugar as we call it in the UK)
