The great thing about henna dye is that it is all natural and it gives you the best natural color tones, but it can make your hair a little dry, so remember to properly condition your hair after a hair wash. I usually do an oil treatment too after a week or so and that puts back the elasticity back into my hair.

Hi I see your video some days ago n apply hinna n indigo in 02 step process for 06 times but getting no result. Even I never use chemical dyes. Inspite my hinna orange shade not convert into black or brown after indigo

Hi Nadia, I'm sorry you had this experience.This only happened to me once and it was because the henna I used was very pour quality and wasn't fresh at all. Indigo is way less forgiving than henna so to get the best results it's very important to use only the pure & natural herbal powders (henna and indigo), free of synthetics colors, adulterations, and chemicals. And don't let your indigo set for dye release for too long 15 minutes top or you can actually use it immediately after you mix it. I would recommend you try again with fresh, good quality powders. Two of the brands I like are Henna Sooq, and The Henna Guys.

Yes, you can definitely do that. On the package that I got, they listed Red Kaolinite under ingredients and henna, that’s it.

@@joydavey6971 No, that they don’t mention on the package. I would first start with 5-10% of the red clay with the rest of the recipe henna, just as a test and then I would adjust the measurements according to the results I would get.

I used to have copper hair, but that was in my natural color. I have dated with Henna and then put red wine over and they came up even more beautiful and very shiny and soft but then I stopped using that color because they had chemical dies in so now my hair is dark chocolate brown.
