Another company that outsources their product. I’ll be looking forward to that Buck, majority of theirs are made in the USA, Iowa. Been on a Buck collecting kick here, great quality, sharp out of the box

I don’t care for this particular Rosecraft model, but I have bought several of their other offerings. Excellent quality on each one of them so far. Case could take a lesson from them! I’m on the fence about the China-made controversy. I would prefer to give my $$$ to an American manufacturer, but there’s no denying that Rosecraft turns out a really decent product for the price. That’s going to attract a lot of customers….

Isn't that the 51st state? 😂😂. Great looking knife for the money. It's very disappointing that American companies are moving production overseas

I try not to support and help grow the Chinese economy if I can for as long as they continue to threaten an invasion of Taiwan. If they do, Biden says he will defend Taiwan which means by supporting the Chinese economy you could help pay for their missiles used in this conflict should it occur. Trying not to buy Chinese is practically impossible on many things, but I don’t need Chinese knives. And as far as Taiwan is concerned the powers that be said Russia would never invade Ukraine and look how that’s working out.

Yep, designed in The USA and made in the PRC. Wish it was at least made in Taiwan. We have equipped China with the money, designs and know how to make a very good knife now but it is short sighted in the long run if they ever stop making them there since China is well known for intellectual theft. Don’t own any at this time and might keep it that way.

Have read, that Rosecraft is outsourcing to China while they establish manufacturing to be able to produce in the USA. Been a couple years in the making.

Rose craft gets some respect from traditional knife people just because of the quality. They remind me of Brother knives which are also some of the best China made traditionals.

The quality is there for sure

Maybe so, but if you read there advertising blurb they are very quick and frequent in their use of “American”. But not American enough to put food in American workers belly’s or clothes on their kids backs. That’s what makes an American company in my eyes.

Well hopefully the American distributors are compensated with some of the money. It would be nice if they would just tariff them and tax us less.
