Love rosemary beach. The style of the town was maded to look like St Augustine,Florida. Just learned that in look this beautiful town up. I grew up in St Augustine on the weekends❤

I dont know the design of that particular area but the whole concept that whole 30A area was founded on is called New Urbanism.One of the first towns in that area is Seaside,in Seaside you will find a mural of Vincent Scully an architecture professor who taught at Yale and at the University of Miami and was behind the design and planning of the area,you can see the Miami U on the mural.Also Seaside is where they filmed the Jim Carrey movie the Truman show.

Rosemary Beach is, indeed, a very beautiful seaside community in the panhandle of Florida. As you said though, it is quite affluent, as all of 30A is. Go a few more miles to the east to Panama City Beach and you can find beautiful homes there as well but for half the price.

But not the same class of people. Panama city some spots are almost miami hood people living in old vans and trailers on someones driveway. Awesome area to explore enjoyed it much

Love Rosemary Beach. I was there from Australia in June 2019. Could easily give up Australia to live there. I'll be back when this covid nonsense is sorted out......

There is a stop sign, he has to stop as well. Bikes are not exempt from the laws of the road. If he has stopped it would have given him time to see me, a d me to see him.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS definitely wasn’t a stop sign with that incident plus the cyclist had the right away on the green light.. What made me comment was the fact that you kept going on and on about it which pretty much ruined the vibe of the video for me. When you’re wrong, admit it and move on esp since it wasn’t that big a deal. Otherwise though, good video of the area.

Firstly, YOU were in the wrong when you made that left turn into the square and nearly nailed the guy on the bike. Solo riders nearly always right on the right of their lane. He had the right of way and you should have yielded to him. Your being impatient and not wanting to wait for your turn could have been bad for the bike rider. But I do appreciate the video. You gave me a great view of my condo! The repaint of the condo this spring was well done and the car my renter drives tells me they have no trouble affording the prices charged and that next year they will be higher.
