Ingredients
Long beans: 10 nos.
Bitter eggplant: 10 nos.
Bitter gourd: 5 nos.
Eggplant: 6 nos.
Young furled taro leaves: a handful bunch
Green chilies: 15 nos. (or add as per your requirement)
Sichuan pepper leaves: just a handful
Salt: 1 tablespoon/ add as per taste
Fermented bamboo shoots water: 160 ml
Water: 60 ml
Note: if you like adding fermented/dry fish you can add while mixing all the ingredients.

Rosep is one of my favorite ao naga dish it dosent look much but it's costly we have to but different kinds vegetables my mom used to make for us every weekend and i enjoy it
