I became debt free, achieved a credit score of 815, became an athlete (running 5K several times a week and 40 mile bike rides, started a meditation practice of 1 hour daily enabling me to come off of high blood pressure meds that I’d been on for 5 years. Now I don’t take any meds.

Watching the replay. I did set 3 goals but after watching I agree and I am going to focus on one and the others will be ideas for things to do lol. And as far as perimenopause I made it through and am officially in menopause as of July 2024. Nobody told us anything!!! I had anxiety, weight gain, hot flashes, and sleepless nights just to name a few 😡😡😡

Menopause is not for the weak. The book the New Menopause on audio through Libby and Grown Women Talk Dr Sharon Malone. What is helping my body feel better is Pilates. I will be 50 in a few weeks and wanting my body to feel less stressed, anxious.

Happy New Year Roshida and Stephanie. An accomplishment that I am most proud of is that I enhanced my portfolio significantly. I am so excited about adding some A I to my portfolio. I am watching this on the replay. I love the points that you made about just doing things and not being so concerned about outcomes. You are so correct that if you don’t give so much to outcome you won’t be down if it isn’t achieved. My word for 2025 is intentional. I will be much more intentional about pouring into self. That intention will have me nurturing myself in the vast arenas that I neglected last year (I.e. the spiritual, physical and personal aspects of my life). I will intentionally move past taking care of everyone and then giving myself the time that’s left.

Menopause is horrible and most doctors are not menopause specialists. Follow Dr. Haver's recommendations. I don't know how my mom lived without HRT.

Cheers all my sisters from Washington state 2025 be the best! 2024 made a big move from California renting a room to my own place in Washington state,5 th time moving back. Q'; how much did it cost to move around? I have $10,000, France, Italy, Portugal, Malaysia, Philippines, Bangkok, and Thailand! Is this enough? Everyone says where they travel, not how much it costs! Only traveled north America, driving and fly Southwest Airline, cruise to Caribbeans, $5,000. air, Rapsody of sea and hotel. This spring I will start! Passport in hand.
