The view isn’t a difficult place to work. It’s just that people need to have their facts first and need to have an extremely high IQ to even being to think about auditioning for the show. That includes all the staff on the show.

You sound silly. Both Rosie and Barbara, separately, have talked about it on Oprah. Barbara defended herself in the manner she saw fit. She said that Rosie was angry with her because Rosie had kind of made Barbara out to be a mother figure and she believed that Rosie felt hurt by Barbara as if her mother didn't defend her. She said that it was the same kind of argument Rosie had with Elisabeth about not defending her, as well. Barbara never held any ill will against Rosie for the fight in the makeup room about Trump.

I really think Rosie is brilliant (maybe a genius), but I think she has at least one very big blind spot in her public persona: Rosie, IMHO, is all over the place when it comes to her romantic feelings concerning other celebrates. Just imagine if a man had done to her, on public television, no less, what she did to Tom Cruise in order to get him on her show - it was practically extortion; just try and imagine: to public announce (again on national television) she had a crush on Elizabeth Hasselbech can you imagine the blow-back, if it were a man doing this; If you want to have equality you can't have it both ways. Rosie's very public romantic statements concerning Tom Cruise and Elizabeth Hasselbeck (whether serious, or not) wouldn't have been tolerated for 60 seconds on national television; One again, I think Rosie is tremendously entertaining. (Maybe, Rosie now knows how a man feels when a woman makes a ridiculous claim of harassment - as Hesselbeck made about her); yet, I feel it's only fair to point out that Hesselbeck was correct, when she said: this kind of statement wouldn't be allowed if Rosie were a man.

Everyone loved Rosie until she revealed a darker side. Her show was something i watched daily. The view started ok but went in a direction filled with anger. This world is harsh enough without all of the spewing from angry people on the daily.
