The thing is shared custody, nothing wrong with that. It makes both parents equal and makes sure that if there is any big fight, one parent cannot keep the child from the other parent. Its fair. Michelle rounds killed herself by taking a combination of drugs. Maybe shared custody was best as kept everyone safe. If Michelle had died with sole custody, it would have been traumatic for the child. Those saying, 'yes but she killed herself because she didnt get sole custody' isn't a great thing either. Suicide tendencies were always there with Michelle, apparently she tried it many times before. My co-worker gave up custody of his son, and now never gets to see him as the mother is always playing games with him. Be very careful never to give up your kid, even if the other person promises to keep it fair.

RIP Michelle ❤ It appears she had mental health issues. She had tried to end her life in Sept of 2015 after Rosie filed for divorce months earlier in February of 2015. It's to bad her current partner that she married in Dec of 2016 or her friends didn't recognize her mental health decline. Her voice had a slight raspy sound, common with drug use. I'm not saying she was a drug user though. She passed away on Sept 11, 2017 from overdosing on prescription drugs. Prescription bottles were found near her body. The ruling was an apparent suicide. My heart goes out to her family. They must have been devistated.
