I was wondering do you have a good method to cut individual letters out of chocolate? Could you use fondant letter cutters and some cling film to give it a round effect ?

The stencil would not transfer as well. You would need to pop it in the freezer for 20 minutes and then give it a go. Going based on experience and her previous videos (I've been watching for a long long time haha).
