I've figured it out, Mark shows us what the course looks like from the fairway and Coach lets us know how playable it is from the tree's, rough, houses, etc... The army march on thanks Coach for such a comprehensive tour of each course you play.

Just got back from a week at the RTJ Trail. Played 27 at Greenville, 36 at Prattville, 36 at Opelika, and 27 at Dothan. This makes me want to go back and play the rest of them. Another trip next year is in order.

I've played the RTJ's courses at Dothan and Mobile Alabama back in the mid 1990's when my youngest son was stationed at Ft. Rucker in Enterprise Al. At the Dothan course there was a 700 yard par 5 from the back tee, we could not even reach the fairway from that tee, it was at least a 255 yard carry. I tried two balls worth then moved on up to the white tee and hit away. Good video Mark.

The greens look like MiniVerde Bermuda which is also being put on a lot of courses in the Carolinas. It's almost surreal putting on them...so uniformly green and hard to read due to lack of discolouration. But very smooth and consistent. They almost look fake when you first see them.
