I love the potential in this property. I would keep that separate shower and separate the two areas if it doesn’t cost a lot of money to submit building plan changes with the city government. Otherwise, I’d keep it as one and update the transitions between the two spaces. My mind is full of ideas! It could be very charming! I want to plan a vacation to Italy and see some of these properties in person and get a feel for the area. I need to start learning Italian! I want to have a property in Italy to give my family a place to visit and broaden their world view.

I would make a glass wall from ceiling to floor in the kitchen and make it a bedroom, I would open a door to the bedroom to access the bathroom, so both bedrooms would have access to the same bathroom. In the cantina , I would close the toilet and the shower and reposition the other bathroom and make it only the WC and the bedroom I will make a beautiful dining room with a sitting area I will make a wide doorway so that it connects perfectly to the kitchen

Lots of potential here. Good sized rooms. Should be ez to add 2 beds and bath on attic level. Question : on balcony, looking toward water, lots of smoke. Is that from a fire ? Factory ? Power plant ??

What would it cost to have the outside completely painted there? I would have someone remove tub and add shower, paint inside and redo stairs to attic/master bedroom. Where do you park? Love it

It's mainly stone but over the years they put plaster on top and something needs to be done about it

Why is there never a living room in these homes? Places to eat, usually a tiny kitchen, a small bathroom and bedrooms. Where do people gather? Kitchens are too small for that

You need to think of these houses in the context of time. Houses are usually over 100 years ago, so did people have the leisurely time that granted spaces such as a living room, or were they just able to have the basics? Mostly their activities were based around working the land back there. Life was just different
