Right where he shouldn't have been doing one. There are areas specifically for doing burnouts, are you so special that you should be allowed to do them anywhere? You do realise the implications of accidents in non specified areas right? Increased security, increased costs from the event insurance which is passed on to the person paying to go. People keep pushing the rules, eventually someone gets seriously hurt or killed and the event gets cancelled, then you'll really be sooking over it. Use your brain for something that isn't beer and skids.
