If we're too conscious of not sliding our hips in the golf swing; that can in fact render us unable to move in a way we need to (ironically) to stop our hips from sliding!
Here we have a couple exercises to familiarise yourself with side bend and the lateral component of the movement, so we can drop our low point, lower into the ground, then use the vertical component of the swing to get that snap.
