Roti Keju Lembut dan Empuk dengan isian Krim Keju | Soft and Fluffy Cheese Bread with Cream Cheese Filling
Adonan Roti :
300gr Terigu Protein Tinggi
35gr Gula Pasir
6gr Ragi Instant
180ml Susu Cair
2 Kuning Telur
40gr Mentega Cair
1/2sdt Garam
Isian dan Topping Krim Keju :
180gr Krim Keju
90gr Mentega Tawar
90gr Gula Halus
60gr Krim Cair
150gr Keju Parut
Catatan:
1. Selalu panaskan oven terlebih dahulu sebelum digunakan
2. Suhu ruang mempengaruhi adonan saat akan dikembangkan
3. Jenis oven juga mempengaruhi suhu maupun waktu pemanggangan. Kuncinya adalah kenali oven yang kalian gunakan.
4. Pastikan krim keju dalam keadaan suhu ruang dan lembut, agar mudah pada saat pengocokkan.
5. Simpan roti dalam tempat kedap udara dan letakkan di dalam kulkas. Roti bisa tahan selama 3-4 hari.

2 Egg Yolks
40gr Melted Butter
1/2tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Filling/Frosting:
180gr Cream Cheese
90gr Unsalted Butter
90gr Powdered Sugar
60gr Whipping Cream
150gr Grated Cheese
Noted :
1. Always Preheated your oven before baking
2. How long does it take dough to rise? It depend how warm your room temperature.
3. Different oven means different temperature and time baking. The key here is to get to know your oven.
4. Make sure the cream cheese is softened and at room temperature for ease of mixing
5. Store bread in airtight container and put in fridge. It will last for a 3-4 days
