I’m gonna explain why. because home loans are cheap Relative to other investments that can yield better returns. It’s tax favorable, build credit and build equity on your home. If you buy a house with cash there’s a chance when you sell it you won’t get the return in investment. Another thing is why give 1 million dollar on a house where you can give 2000 a month for 30 years and still increase your cash flow while doing so. Think about it that’s a million dollars your giving away. Yes for someone that’s really really rich it’s not a problem. But at the same time there’s nothing wrong with paying a little bit each month instead of been a million dollar less rich you are 2000 a month less rich. Also you get to have a lot of cash with you. There both good. If you don’t like to owe the bank sure, but at the same time it’s not really owing the bank it’s not like you owe gang members money where you can die. Liquid cash is something that you need to keep for yourself.
