Step by step guide to making rotisserie chicken at home just like you get at your local deli. Incredibly simple and the chicken comes off very moist.
The one thing we'd flag is after having done this, I'd suggest taking the chicken off the grill when the temp hits 170F. I know we suggest 180F in the video but you'll get a "moister" outcome if you leave it on longer.

I would clean and take all the feathers out first real good before cooking it !
