This how is absolutely incredible. Its up there with breaking bad, chernobyl, and S1 of true detective as one of my personal greatest shows of all time. The atmosphere is amazing and the immersion in the show's world is perfect.

The Mandalorian was filmed using huge LED screens to add the scenery in the backgrounds, using Unreal Engine to draw it in 3D "live", tracked with the camera positions. A brilliant choice in my opinion, which in many ways results to better visual quality, less post VFX work and more immersed actors.

Is it an American production? I absolutely love when films are done so thoroughly in regard to costumes and props and historical accuracy in general. For the same reason the fictive horror story is a monster. Why spoil it? As if the Franklin Expedition wasn't terrifying enough already as it is.
