My friends and I downloaded this today not knowing what to expect and we had a ball after we understood the game cycle. We ended up playing 5.7 hours on the first time booting it up! It feels like cuphead/brawlhalla/castle crushers all in one and the game cycles give you a lot of replay value with the different power combinations. Can’t wait to see what further expansions include! This is another work of art like Don’t Starve!

feel free to laugh at me but every piece of information I receive about this game simultaneously proves and disproves that it’s in a shared universe as Don’t Starve. And I hope it stays that way it would be hilarious if it keeps on taunting both fandoms with implications of a crossover but never confirms it. (I don’t actually think it’s in a shared universe but I keep on noticing weird things in common visually like the guys afew seconds in remind me of the merm transformation sequence in the gorge)
