Great! I’m 52 and want to get my back handspring back. What can I do to stop getting dizzy and nauseous when I do a roll, lol? Is that from age? I know older people who don’t get dizzy or nauseous

Hello! I'm sorry I just saw this comment!Dizziness when tumbling is usually due to not being used to doing that move. So slow repetitions are helpful. Personally I've found that having access to cold water to drink or cool off a bit helps me when I get a little dizzy.

Amazing drills I’m going to give this a try. For the assisted back tucks, I have trouble calculating where my handspring ends up to land in the right spot for the tick. Specifically with tumble tracks; because I get nervous I will skip off the end of the track. Any suggestions?

It depends on your set up but I generally tell athletes to start on the end of the tumble track maybe 5 inches in front of the crash pad and have them do their normal set up (Hurdle RO BHS ect...) and mark where they land and start there. The key is a consistent set up whether it's round off alone or into a handspring. Stay safe and best of luck.

nice drills but wearing masks in the videos is just stupid.
