In all her blogs she eats 3 meals a day and just too much food for myself personally, on the oither hand Philippine women eat a lot of food, mainly big portions. Too much and too heavy for me, will eat twice a day and very light .Lou is also very much chubby.

Don't dye your hair red orange. Your hair looks better natural datk brown with your skin tone. Also don't blow dry your hair daily. It drys it out even though you think you put oil in your hair helps. It doesn't. It makes it look limp and lifeless. You need shine and uplift with a good shampoo n conditioner
