Special film of the 2013 Roux Scholarship shown at the 30th Anniversary award ceremony. Contains excerpts from the 10-part TV series produced by Cactus TV that aired on UKTV's Watch channel in June 2013. It documents the journey of 18 semi-finalists to 6 chefs (Dion, Eddie,Kyle, Ollie, Paul & Tom) who cook 'Salmon Chambord style with Sauce Genevoise' to compete for the title that sees Paul O'Neill crowned the winner.
