Love your channel been watching you for a few weeks. I’ve been into RC for many years and got into 1/5th scale a few years ago. You inspired me to bring back my cars from storage. I’m also friends with Gary and John from Long Island, John and I were fireman together from Nassau county. I’m also a fellow KZbinr with two channels Mikes wood shop and that tankless guy. I also bought one of those and converted it to a baja beetle. The gearing put it at 54mph before I ran out of room. The downside is the speed gearing burned up the clutch quickly. Good luck on your build.

Yup, I’m not surprised the clutch got smoked the door ring suffers power very very bad. The single ring 36 they used to make made double the power. I am a very good running 38 cc that I’m gonna put in the finalization of this build. I just want to beat the crap out of this 36 first

But the goodies inside the box absolutely fantastic. And i like your idea of doing builds and sending them off to customers! You do have some nice builds my friend. I was going to take the 2hr drive to Fearless RC and get a KM002 and some mods but the trip was canceled. I can't wait to see this build come along and I need to start saving for a East Side RC tight n right build.

Man sorry to hear it was cancelled brother! And I would be honored to build you a car. I want to be able to make them as affordable as possible but make a little money for my time but not to much because I want people to have fun and not have to break the bank. However if someone wants to break the bank Ill gladly build a full custom rig as long as the expense is understood. When I go to fearless Im going to be buying a few bajas to do up and have in stock. A true ready to run car that you can rip out of the box with an already preset base tune. I absolutely love this stuff and I want to share it with the whole hobby world as my contribution to the 1/5 scale brap side of RC. Thank you for even considering one of my builds bro! Hey Jeff good Monday to ya did you get my message about fearless RC well they hit me back this morning acknowledging the shout out hey bud I mentioned my slow rpm building 32cc well just seen one of your vids you mentioned carbs being small well when I got the car the carb was bad I ordered a new one but not knowing any better I ordered the 990 something carb could a small carb be my problem on the 32cc because it runs and starts good and if you lift the tires off the ground it snappy also when I receive my 30 north 38cc is it ready to go or which steps should I take to get the most out of it thanks bro knowledge is power and less money wasted I appreciate yours GB us all brother.

Hey bro I didn’t get the message but the 32 comes stock with an 1107/1191 carb which is much bigger than the 990 it flows more fuel and more air which will give you lots more RPM. The 990 is snappy on the low but you loose a lot of rpms and its just not the right carb for a 32 and bigger. As for the 38 I have a video on things you can change or check. Also you can add three copper washers to the existing washer on the spark plug for smoother combustion. I have a video on that as well .

Exactly Karl im done. They wanna bully 1/5 when we are mostly gas and they are all electric and three nitros. And 1/18 1/6 and 1/10 1/8 its stupid!!

They didnt die man they are alive and well and still making the same baja that needs upgraded before you can get through a full tank of gasoline. Nothing wrong with these Rovans they are very affordable and very fun.
