I still remember build up before this game, as United almost certain able to beat Hammers, Liverpool will lose in purpose to prevent their biggest rival won the league and would like to see their King Kenny won it instead. It not happen however, as Liverpool won and United drawn against West Ham

first league season i remember, at the time was man utd fan was pissed but the better side won , was probably the greatest side to win the league . God shearer and flowers were great that season . Best great to see that blue and white jersey in premier league again sometime .
