Welcome! There's no rush at all. "Rowing meets you where you are and takes you as far as you want to go." We're glad you're here!

Watching this at 6 a.m in the UK and wasn't going to row today after a heavy deadlift and landmine rows yesterday but your enthusiasm has got me. Looking forward to it now. Thank you. 😊

Hi Cassie, how quickly are you progressing with this series? Do we stay on one days? Week? Before moving to next? I realize it’s pretty individual, but any general advice?

Hi Shannon, it's really up to you. The program was originally designed to be done progressively through the series, then repeated, but it's all about finding what works best for you. If that's repeating a workout a time or two (or more) before moving on that's totally fine! Happy to answer any other questions! - Sarah

Thank you for this series! I’m getting back on the rower after a year and incorporating again due to the cold weather and too slippery to run outside. It’s always a struggle to get started again on the rower again and most workouts are geared for beginners or heavy workouts. 🎉

This was perfect to work on changing stroke rate while still being able to dial in on form… a work in progress!! Just what the Dr ordered! Thank you!
