68 YO male recovering from heart attack and cardiac arrest and triple bypass surgery. Bought a rowing machine and using for cardiac rehab. (Cardiologist approved, I have limitations 😅). Your intervals in this video are perfect for me. Thanks for your help!

Awesome challenge and break set for me in particular,who has Chronic Fatigue and Hypothyroidism, so energy remains on the low side, but pacing myself this was enjoyable 💖

I was trying 2 decide what workout 2 do 2day & saw this in my file. Dont feel like running..so this perfect! 👍😁💃 Update: loved it!! It was a good steady workout, then really pushed me at the end. I never really added tension 2 my rower so this was perfect. Keeping in file & definitely doing again! 💯👏👏💖💖💃💪
