Just started trying the row machine at the gym. This will help me with my mechanics because I honestly had no clue what to do. Thank you 😊

Brilliant. Excellent, easy to follow instruction. For an overweight, out of shape blob, I appreciate it.

Thanks for this series of short pick drill workouts. Bought my C2 at the end of last year, thought I had pretty good form as had read a lot beforehand, but as the metres went up, my lower back was not best pleased and I had to stop to let things heal. These are my go to as I'm getting back into it and really helping me get my form down without my ego trying to get in the way. Great stuff!

Day 2 of doing this workout. AWESOME! 100% newb to rowing. Got my Concept 2 3 days ago, found DHR and have been easing into the process and feeling great! I will probably keep doing this specific workout until I feel comfortable with my form before stepping up to a real workout thats longer than 10min LOL! Like they say in the 2A world, Slow is fast and fast is smooth. THANK YOU DHR!

Very useful, step by step instruction for correct form. I found that with the correct form, the exercise clearly expended more energy and my meters/half hr went from 5K to 6K.

I love these workouts. I have a question. Several years ago I tore my rotator cuff. Did physical therapy for 6 months. Pain never went totally away. But felt much better. Since I have been rowing I have noticed that I am having pain in my shoulder again. Should I stop rowing? I strength train. And am now having pain again with lateral raises, front raises, bench presses etc. Did rowing cause this? Yes, back to the doctor I go. Lol. What am I going wrong? Thanks!

I am a complete beginner and I have found your videos helpful. I would love to see some videos about how to adapt the stroke if you are morbidly obese. Stomach keeps getting in the way at one o’clock and my legs are large so I can’t bend them and keep my arms straight. Any help would be great on my journey to a better me.

Thank you for the video! I want to use rowing as a primary workout. I work a lot and have a desk job. I've tried going to the gym but that all has failed getting me out of the house and to the gym. I decided to get a rowing machine into my bedroom. That way I can't escape it by making up excuses. I plan to workout daily on it with varying workouts. I should mention I plan to lose weight... currently 250lb and aim to go down to 180lb. I'm sorting out my food choices by meal prepping, so that is sorted in a way. Any recommendations or suggestions before I proceed?

Hi ,I need your professional advise, one guy came to me at the gym saying I have to lower my resistance on rowing machine from 10 (highest) to like 5, otherwise make s no sense, everyone can do it at 10, is it true, should I row at 5, it seems so easy, I have been rowing 10 km three time per week at resistance 10 th ; and I feel like I am really working out . thank you! Love you channel, always look at your videos, and try to row those 2km for 7 minutes (one of your videos), so exciting.

I wanted to ask because I didn't see it mentioned, but, what is the resistance level on the side?

TYSM for the vids!! I bought a $300 ECHANFIT rowing machine and the foot pedals sort of rotate and don't stay in place unlike the C2 one. Is there any way to fix that? Thanks!
