Awesome. Funny I was at gym rowing when I got a notification of the video. Stopped at 1.6Km, went on the bike and watched the whole video, went back rowing, for 2.5 km using the tips from Cameron and calibrating properly my drag factor. Keep them going. This is awesome.

Molesey boat club along with Leander club are two of the performance clubs in England and a lot of the GB rowers come from those two clubs including Moe Sbihi 2016 Olympic champion British 2k record holder and Andrew Triggs Hodge 2012 Olympic champion
