Craig, please stop apologizing for the length of video!!! We really would watch 30 min and not complain (although you would hate the edit). We just got 18 min of instruction from someone we could never touch. It's amazing!

Definitely need PART B today. Your a legend that has just convinced my other half to get a rower for the garage gym. So stoked to start putting those tips into practice.

Awesome. Funny I was at gym rowing when I got a notification of the video. Stopped at 1.6Km, went on the bike and watched the whole video, went back rowing, for 2.5 km using the tips from Cameron and calibrating properly my drag factor. Keep them going. This is awesome.

I am new to CrossFit and my coach recommended your videos and I am obsessed! I am learning proper technique and getting excited to see myself grow in this sport! I have been struggling with correct form on the rowing machine and this video broke it down and made it so much easier to learn! Thank you so much for your videos! :)

okay so I never comment on youtube videos but I felt so compelled to comment here. thank you so much for this video. I recently threw out my back doing the rowing machine due to bad form. I can't wait to get back into it and improve with the tips you got here 👌

These little tid bits of knowledge for the average person who can't go and see the "Experts" and get these great tips is just amazing. This honestly made me want to go and do a rowing heavy WoD and try this all out.

Amazing teacher! I would recommend to anyone a JST training camp next year or any opportunity to spend some time with Cam Nichols if you want to improve your rowing.

Awesome video and great tips.....been online to look at hiring a rowing machine.....but then thought hold on we have one at work.......better get in there early before anyone else uses it then

Molesey boat club along with Leander club are two of the performance clubs in England and a lot of the GB rowers come from those two clubs including Moe Sbihi 2016 Olympic champion British 2k record holder and Andrew Triggs Hodge 2012 Olympic champion

Doing a wee crossfit video series on my youtube too and will be videoing myself doing the Open, i assume you will be too, will be interesting to compare with someone who has been doing it over a year to myself who has only been at it 2 months coming from a physique background.
