I’ve felt that way before. I never thought I could change or love myself. I started really studying anything that I could to help me learn about myself. I studied astrology, numerology, law of attraction, live vibration, manifestation, chakras, Reiki, mindfulness, yoga, reworking your brain and I really just learned everything I could. So I can become a new version of myself that I actually liked. Ithink I became so desperate because I was so depressed for so long that I realized my emotions were more in control of my mind. I was very reactive, very toxic, suicidal and depressed with anxiety. But I start learning the power I have, and how I could change my life with my thoughts. That really opened up a new door for me because for the first time I felt like I was going to be okay. I really got to know myself and studied and just tried to do something different so I can get different results. Ever since then, I’ve been on a spiritual journey of learning and growing and improving myself. I’m finally at the point of life where I feel like I have something to give an offer to others so I can help. I really enjoyed listening to the podcast and your encouraging story. It’s very inspiring to someone who is still trying to accomplish their dream life. But we all deserve to reach our goals and dreams . we all deserve to be loved and to be happy ❤ sometimes it’s so hard coming out of a negative mindset or lifestyle, but so freeing, when you finally catch a glimpse of what you can have

Wow your journey almost sounds identical to mines, I did all the same research and felt depressed anyway. Then I learned about mindset shift and I felt the most in control because it's literally ME causing the thoughts and spiraling from them

We are always manifesting. We can learn to harness it, however. It's a skill to learn how to influence it. But it's always happening. I think that's one thing people don't understand. Great podcast!

Your thoughts and feelings create your reality. So whether you are intentionally manifesting or not, you are always attracting what you think about into your life. As a result, most people are UNCONSCIOUSLY manifesting all of their worries, fears and things they don’t want into their life.

My favourite episode of 2022 from Jay Shetty. This was so helpful and really cleared a lot of misconception I had on manifestation. I could resonate a lot to myself, and how she and Jay described things that I also face in my daily life. There are a lot of key takeaways of being conscious of what we ask and how we act accordingly, but my favourite is Roxie's answer- 'What we manifest is what we sub consciously believe we are worth it. ' And it is so true!!!! Thank you Jay for this episode and recharging the year end for a greater year ahead of 2023.

Jay you made such a profound statement when you said that doing hard things that are MEANINGFUL to you is a big difference than just doing hard things. Things that are meaningful to you bring joy and allows your self confidence to flow 😊

She states she believes in frequencies and like attracts like Jay agreed with that... they both said you are manifesting already all the time... which means its NOT hard work that manifests anything... its your thoughts and visions that generate feelings which in turn generates actions, synchronicities and clarity of what's in front of you. Those thoughts of love for self allows you to see the world in a way that supports all you want to do. Ex. When I did work in things that I absolutely loved it never felt like work and it did feel like life was magical... I was at my dream job and I made no plan to get there... I ended up there via what most people thought would be a negative a layoff. I got the women of my dreams and made no plan to get them they fell in my lap. A famous spiritual teacher said "if you believe hard work is needed to become anything... perish that thought". Manifesting can be magical if YOU want it to be just like it can be hard if YOU say it is. Wherever you place your attention that will grow!!

I was turned off by the “manifesting” trend but after you explained it so thoroughly I am very intrigued by it and want to see it can improve my life and my thought process overall. I consider myself the ultimate pessimist but I am very eager to find new skills to change that. Great video ❤

30:44 ,fear and doubt. Your friends and family will probably think you’re crazy. That means you’re on the right track. Focus, imagine, write notes to yourself. Make a calendar, join all the self help groups, watch videos and believe. I was even writing notes and putting pictures in the refrigerator And on the bathroom toilet seat. I knew what I wanted, land on the water, then it happened one day skipping work, at a coffee shop, talking with a friend about property, that’s when he mentioned about a mr Bean selling his land .after coffee, I went straight to the real-estate office that was selling the land and put down $600 to hold it and offered the real estate agent my 2 properties also and sold my extra vehicle, boat and anything else, just for the down payment, The land was mine, 32 acres with a shack, a quarter of a mile in the woods bordering a quarter mile of waterfront that access the ocean,,,, my chickens and cows had the best view. I was 26 at the time, working hard in construction and focused

The life I currently live was all manifested. I survived the Boston Bombing Marathon (the second bomb was a few feet away) I smelled the smoke, saw the blood, and ended up living with PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Pure OCD and other mental illnesses that I was even prescribed Prozac for. I never took the medicine, that day I decided to face it all and study my pain. I became certified in CBT therapy and healed myself. I ended up being homeless in Miami and crashing at my girl’s dorm, even slept out in the street and worked in on of the most dangerous hoods in Miami. Had to have a weapon overnight where I worked and lock the doors then buzz people in. I would literally hear gunshots and people that came to the corner store would be dead a few days later. I had to make a life change. I now live in the nordic woods of Sweden where I post on KZbin and go out to nature to heal and grow my online business.
