Love hearing Jose, a serious tactician, saying that it's very rare that you have a "a magic tactic that wins you the game." A lot of fans in this day and age of manager obsession, tactics obsession fail to acknowledge this and when their team doesn't win they just say "well, the manager's tactics were wrong." Football's the same as always. Moments of quality from players, mistakes and lapses in concentration fro players, and good hard work and teamwork is what wins and loses 95% of games. Even with the 'correct' tactics (if there even is such a thing), your team can be undone, and even with the wrong tactics your team can win. It just comes down to moments in the game.
