I have to ask..who is working these cameras right now? We miss half of the action and these are the final days! I think they need volunteers to be on deck for camera work. But Lady Hawk pulls it all together 😊

Too bad LGL and LGK didn't have one last time together with their chick. Perhaps LGK was feeling a bit nostalgic for the days when TF was a wee one in the natal nest. I'm feeling pretty nostalgic for those days as well. It was nice to see TF and TFT together, though. Thank you, Lady Hawk!

I wonder if that’s why he did it! Haha “no no; we’re going back to the REAL nest today little one!” 😄🥰🥰, and I know what you mean I’m feeling nostalgic for those days too- I just looked at my photo roll an hour or two ago and was looking at screenshots I had of little TF looking wide-eyed out at the world in wonder, just sitting on dad LGK’s paddles. He must have felt so safe sitting on his parents paddles like that with his parents literally “watching over him”. Something about the way they sit like that is so cute and interesting. And with the penguins they even walk around with their babies on their feet 😄. Anyway take care!

🥰💕🌿🦢💕 It's a shame that Daddy LGK missed his beloved LGLfor just half an hour. I still keep praying that they have a family reunion before their sweet TF fledges. 🙏🦢🐥🦢🙏 I'm so glad that our lucky and blessed TF had a wonderful food day with two feedings by Mama LGL and Daddy LGK. 🐙🌱🦑 Well, after two feedings, our lovely TF is certainly heavier, chubbier, rounder and fluffier. Dear Lady Hawk, thank you for this very interesting video! It makes me wonder if LGK instinctively wants to be certain that his chick will Remember the exact location of his natal nest, since that is going to be crucial to his future return to look for a mate. A Thoughty-Realization for this auntie: This is the First time I have Ever seen an albatross paddle Backwards!! The bit when LGK first starts paddling away from his chick, he is still facing TF and he paddles backwards! Wow!! So much to wonder about!!! So much to learn!!! Thank you for all that you do to make it possible for me to see this a day (or more) late!!! ✨✨🌈✨✨💖💗💖✨✨
