Even though I don't use the Tripper on my Meteor much, I'm glad I have it. I have experimented with adding stops and it worked flawlessly.

I've only used it once and liked it a lot. Would work good for trips to the city...I think. Wahoo!

I tried the Tripper but was constantly looking at the arrow so I didn't miss the turns. It's hard to track the countdown mileage. You also need to preview the map on your phone carefully to make sure the recommended route is correct.

I've used my tripper a few times. I've found it useful. Have you compared the Meteor against the 350 classic yet? Would like to see that. Your Halcyon Grey video didn't include a ride due to your shoulder (glad that's better). One other question, Sena or Cardo?

I just got a new Helmet and am needing that Sena or Cardo question answered myself. I'll let you know what I end up doing. Will try and do a Meteor against the Classic 350 video soon. Both are great bikes. Wahoo!

My Bluetooth hearing aids have taught me that the effective range for connecting to your phone via Bluetooth is about 30 inches. So this will work with your phone in your pocket, but you’ll likely get a more reliable connection with the phone in a tank bag, or on the handlebars.

I really like the sound of the bike. Could not find a brand on it but it was put on by Baxter cycle. Their website is baxtercycle.com I'd give them a call and ask about it. Ask for Jeremy or Mark.

Recently I bought myself a Super Meteor. The tripper on it was used by me 2 times. The app does use a lot of power from the mobile phone. Thats a pitty

For the life of me, a Tripper on my Himalayan, makes little to no sense for me. Living in a rural area navigation isn't much of an issue. And where it is, off road, there is seldom cell coverage rendering the Tripper useless. For me, the thing is nothing more than an easy to see clock. I enjoy being lost when I'm wandering on the motorcycle. If I needed navigation, I would seek a Garmin or something. Or just take a paper map. In my mind, the Tripper is a big fail from Royal Enfield. Maybe if I lived in a city with complex streets and roads it would have some use. But for my adventures, it's just taking up space.

I wouldn't mind having one for my trips to the city though I've never needed one before. It did work well on this lone ride. Don't think I'd pay for one but did like it on this test ride. I'm getting old and need a bigger clock..lol. Wahoo!
