In a way after failing my PJFA going into it injured this one speaks me to some extent. Overpronating ankles which I'm emphasising to strengthen them up ever since. Alongside prior doing much more volume starting at a higher base then asked over the span of the month following my recruiters plan as opposed to the app, mainly due to personal fear of failure. All my fault no way around it, so much appreciation on covering this topic. I agree with the intentional use of injury - for increasing mental capacity agenda from them big time. If there's any place for my help where I can go into more detail I'm all for it.

Really enjoyed these podcasts, very useful for a sixth form student looking into the Royal Marines. Keep up the good work.

9:10 I really struggle with getting zone 2 work in. Every time I try I still end up doing myself in or going slightly too fast. How do I find the right running pace that’s not too slow?

Good work with the content lads, try your best to balance out how often you post, as much as I enjoy listening I want to see your channel progress which requires quality over quantity. There’s a lot to take in from these videos especially for those who wish to serve, we don’t mind waiting a couple weeks for a post so long as the conversations r solid. Just some thoughts from my perspective nothing criticising, Keep it up lads 👍
