Royal pickle! Quick mixed pickle without sterilization, easy and practical recipe!

Royal pickle, a mixed pickle with cauliflower, cambhi and carrots is the recipe for winter food today! Very easy pickle recipe without boiling jars, practical pickle without sterilization for busy housewives.
Ingredients:
About 3.5 kg of unpeeled vegetables
1,300 kg cauliflower (I have some left)
800g of carrots
800 g of bell peppers
800 g cabbage (mine was 1 kg, but I left 1/4 of it)
About the marinade
1.75 liters of water
300 ml vinegar (6% good vinegar)
150 g of sugar
100 ml oil (optional)
1 packet of Dr. Оetker Spicy Fix
From this amount I filled 7 jars of about 700 ml.
The marinade is exactly for this amount, I have 20 ml of it left. The amount of marinade can vary depending on how well you packed the jars and how big the vegetables are.
It is advisable to use new caps to ensure that they will vacuum.
After they have cooled with the caps down, they are ready for storage.
