Hey man. It's been a while I meant to do that, but here it comes: thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You put so much passion in these videos, they are so well crafted and easy to follow. I am a mere beginner, got the switch and the game for Christmas, but I already feel like a pro thanks to you. I wish I could give you money to extend my gratitude in other ways than just telling you to keep doing what you are doing. I'll look up if you have a patreon, if you don't I'll just subscribe to your twitch even though I am rarely if ever on there. Love every bit of your work. Including the Bayes reference in your name. Love from Amsterdam.

I really appreciate the sentiment, but really don’t feel obligated in any way to financially support the content. Just watching is enough, and knowing that my love and passion for the game comes through in these videos, and that it’s helping other people to improve, is it’s own reward Thank you so much for the support, it really means a lot!

I've waited months for this tutorial! I have a 1:59.991 currently, it took weeks to figure out how to race this track on my own. But breaking the 2 minute barrier is so satisfying! I hardly ever lose on this track online

Short and efficient video just like the time trial itself. That sub 2 minute time looks really satisfying:)

This is my favorite track for nostalgia reasons. I've watched this video so many times. I've dropped my time for about a 2:14 to a 2:06 & feel like I can go a little lower. this has also helped a lot with competing in "season" play & kart gangs. thanks for all you do, man!

Idk why I set it upon myself to get sub 2:00 before this video came out but after seeing your Twitter post about it I just felt the need to. Currently at a 1:59.970 so quite happy there.

It took so much effort but I managed to achieve a 1:59.940 with King Boo + Biddy Buggy. It feels so satisfying to master that set-up towards the NISC at beginning, especially in laps 2 and 3 as it is INSANELY difficult to pull of this set-up when you have 10 coins!

Practicing that shroomless shortcut for mutiplayer races is gonna be a wild ride
@Bayesic3 жыл бұрын
The shortcut onto the boost ramp is actually one of the easier cuts in the game to hit, at least in my opinion
@clashofroyaleclans95922 жыл бұрын
(4 months late) I actually did it once accidentally, and right after that “accident”, I can do in every time easily. I thought it was impossible for some reason. May not be worth doing the shortcut though.

Hey man, I don’t know if you have or not but is it possible for you to do Grumble Volcano? I’m stuck with a 1:59.512 on the track.

I haven't yet. From the looks of it I'll probably be getting around to it in a month and a half - two months

I’m a bit confused. I have time stamps in the description >_>
@piet1613 жыл бұрын
@@Bayesic I was thinking the same thing as Omar. You already put in the extra work to put them in the description but especially for mobile users the “chapter function“ is really comfortable! Thanks for all your work, you already helped me a lot to get better at a lot of tracks! ❤️❤️

@@Bayesic okay after looking further into it, I have no idea why it doesn’t seem to work here
@Bayesic3 жыл бұрын
@@piet161 yeah sorry that’s what I meant is like usually just putting the chapters in the description is enough to get them to show up on the video. I’ll have to look into why this isn’t happening
@piet1613 жыл бұрын
@@Bayesic maybe try adding a dash between the time and the chapter name? I’ve seen this on other channels but you’re right it should work the way you have it

How much of a difference do the CCs make in strategy? I pretty well just play with my young kids so we play on 50cc, but it's fun to try and optimize while playing with them
@Bayesic3 жыл бұрын
I’d say between 50, 100, and 150 it’s not *too* different. Mostly it’s high level stuff like taking shortcuts without mushrooms that you can’t really do much on 50 or 100cc But 200 is almost like a different game lol

There's something about hopping that doesn't click for me in this game. Was obvious when I went back to mkWii for a bit that I can't hop in mk8. I will use this vid to rectify that though!

any guesses as to why your lap 3 was .2 slower than your lap 2? i have gotten 39.5's before but not a single 39.3, so it could really help me break the barrier.
@Bayesic2 жыл бұрын
My guess is that it's primarily due to a slower line coming out of the shroomless shortcut. On lap 2 I take the following turn WAY tighter
