I am 67 years old and have been a butcher starting at the age of nine years old in my family slaughter house . We closed it down in the 1995 . Now I have been cutting meat in a grocery store meat department. I now am a meat department manager for several years . Watching how the meat cutters were chopped through the bones with hatchets makes me appreciate our modern meat cutting machines ! Enjoyed the video ! The chicken cooked inside beef tripe was interesting . Greetings from Southeast Alabama USA.☮️❤️❤️

I’m from a small community outside of Charlottesville Virginia in the blue ridge mountains. This is the way we lived off the land. The air was so fresh and cool in the winter mountains. Natural food and water. Pigs, cows, chickens, mountain trout, rainbow trout. Fresh spring water, gardens, plenty of fruit trees, apples, peaches, pears, berries, pecan trees. So much more. So blessed. We made ice cream from the fresh snow. It was amazing and a blessing to grow up like this. Everyone in our community village loved each other. No racist issues from any other race. Our community was dominated black. Our families kept us away from the evil crimes and racism. We were only 15 miles from the Waltons home. Thank you God for our blessings . I was born in the late 1950s. We didn’t have a lot of modern stuff but we had each other. The name of our little village is called Esmont Va. ❤ you can read about it on the internet. .

Privet !!! Excellent Video as always - you always do a great job in your presentations !!! The large Piece of Beef was perfectly prepared and cooked - especially the vegetables !!! About the Salmon, it is best to de-scale them properly before cutting them into Steaks. But everything else is a demonstration of your expert cooking skills !!! BRAVO - !!! May God Bless you and all your Family and keep you safe !!! SLAVA UKRAINI 🇺🇦 !!!

Delicious food cooked by a beautiful lady. She only took a small bite, but who is goona eat the rest of it, beef AND salmon, enough to feed a small army? She seems to manage her estate with an iron fist and is in full control.

I don't know how you remain calm and just carry on cooking with the air raid sirens going off in the background. Stay safe, keep making great videos.....love to Ukraine from California, USA!

I couldn’t hear anything like air raid. Ukraine is a huge country and she’s a long ways away from war zones. She’s in the mountains. There’s a lot of villages in that part of the country.

This is part of what an actual Proverbs 31 woman means- a woman that works with her hands, feeds the family, gave to the needy dogs..all in a graceful way. Amazing Video Proverbs 31:21-27 KJV 21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. 22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. 23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. 24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. 25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. 26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. 27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
