Community Detection of Jumping Worms in Ontario

Do you know of a similar program in the US? My half acre here in Connecticut is infested with these worms. I have spent hours catching/killing adults and trying to raise the soil temp over the past 2 years with no visible effect. They are destroying my soil, and I would love to contribute to any efforts to map the spread these worms.
